We know you are collecting every other recipe you can lay your eyes on, before Ramadan comes up. Now that it’s right around the corner, we are back with another easy-peasy recipe for you- this time healthy and yummy overnight oatmeal. You can prepare it ahead and have it at suhoor if you want something that is easy on the stomach, and keeps you full till iftar!
Here’s what you need:
1 cup low fat milk/ almond milk
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar or preferred sweetener
1+1/4 cup OOMF Protein Oats in Chocolate
(You can replace the mashed banana with cocoa and use Protein Oats in Banana flavor instead!)
Instructions
Just mix everything up and place in the fridge overnight or for more than an hour. You can have it just like that or microwave for about 30-60 seconds. Where can you find an easier suhoor recipe?!
